MISCELLANEOUS COLLECTION: Trade Union Badges (71) including Smith Nos 47, 246, 255, 282, 284, 410, 414, 420, 494, 502, 562, 611, 673, 674; 21 Trade Union & 7 Jockey Badges, the property of the jockey, William Webb, who accompanied the racehorse Shannon to the U.S.A. when it was sold; Collection of plastic money including decimal conversion coins for Australia & New Zealand with one set still in original Esso packet (66); 21 coins and tokens found under the floor of St Patrick's Church Hall during renovations in about 1930's - 1940's; Mis-strikes and flaws on Australian pre-decimal & decimal coins including oversized planchet 1956 penny, off - centre 1964 penny and horseshoe edge 1934 penny (26); Forged Australian silver coins - three pence, six pence (3), shillings (7), florins (21) mostly pre 1946 ; Casino Tokens (14); Dog Tags (20); Club Badges - Thirroul Leagues (8), Sydney Cricket Ground (13), Cronulla Sutherland Leagues (22), South Sydney (2), Sutherland District Trades Union (7), Sutherland & United Services (6); other miscellaneous items (14); Sun-Herald / Westfield 2 Years to Go Sydney Olympic Pins (3); $1 Note Pad made of 50 imitation $1 notes; Set of coloured pencils that make up the new design German 100 Mark banknote 1989. All housed in two coin albums. Very good - extremely fine. (327)
