AUGUSTUS, (27 B.C. - A.D. 14), silver denarius, Lugdunum mint, 15-13 B.C., (3.824 grams), obv. bare head to r. of Augustus, around AVGVSTVS DIVI F, rev. bull butting to r., in exergue IMP X, (S.1610, RSC 137, RIC 167a). Attractive patina, good metal, off centred on reverse, with two obverse banker's marks, otherwise good very fine and rare.
