GALBA, (A.D. 68-69), AE sestertius, Rome mint, issued 68, (26.66 grams), obv. laureate draped bust of Galba to right, around SER GALBA IMP CAES AVG TR P, dotted border, rev. in oak wreath in three lines, SPQR / OB / CIV SER, (cf.S.2125, RIC 271, Kraay 237). Area pitted on reverse surface, otherwise very fine and very scarce.
