CARACALLA, (A.D. 198-217), silver denarius, issued 213, Rome mint, (3.456 grams), obv. laureate head to right of Caracalla, around ANTONINVS PIVS FEL AVG, rev. Sarapis standing facing raising hand and holding sceptre, around P M TR P XVI COS IIII P P, (cf.S.6829, BMC 56, RIC 208b, RSC 212). Good very fine and scarce.
