ELAGABALUS, (A.D. 218-222), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 220-1, (1.886 grams), obv. laureate bust of Elagabalus to right, around IMP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, rev. around VICTORIA AVG, Victory hovering between two shields, ;star in right field, (S.7554, RIC 161, RSC 300a). Very fine.
