SASANIAN KING, Hormazd IV, (A.D. 579-590), silver drachm, (4.120 grams), obv. bust to right with crown, name in outer margin, rev. fire altar, GN = Gundeshapur mint, year 12, (Sellwood 55-6, Gobl 201, cf.M.1073-1099). Weak in places, otherwise good very fine, scarce.
