MADRAS PRESIDENCY, European style coinages, Hindu system, (1808) second issue, silver half pagoda with two stops, (KM.354, Pr.172). Attractively toned grey, with steel blue and golden iridescent patination, nearly uncirculated.

Ex Robert Climpson Collection, Noble Numismatics Sale 85B (lot 2005) and previously from Spink Australia Sale (lot 2354).
