The medals are framed and lacquered, together with a Memorial Plaque named to Charles Henry Smith which has been silver-plated and a loose Rising Sun badge by K.G.Luke, Melbourne. Pte C.H.Smith KIA 30 September 1917. Ex Tom Hanley Collection
