HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY, New South Wales, 1868, in silver (62mm) by Thornthwaite, Sydney, inscribed on reverse 'Mr E.W.Lang / For / Preserved Fresh Meat' (C.1868/4). Nearly extremely fine and very rare.

This medal was struck at the Sydney Mint (52 silver medals were presented).
