U(NITED) A(CIENT) O(RDER) OF D(RUIDS), 1873, silver star (60mm x 62mm) with cast ornamental ring overlay encircling a Druid head, ring suspension from an engraved bar, brooch bar with pale blue ribbon, brooch bar engraved in relief 'U.A.O.D.', clasp bar inscribed 'Presented / to / P.A.Bro.F.Medhurst / by the Mistletoe Lodge / for his Zeal in behalf of his Lodge & Order / August 18th 1873', reverse of star on bar impressed with E.K.& S (E.Kuster & Son 1871-76, Australian silversmith). With case of issue. Good very fine and rare.
