Medal'; another., 1928, in silver (38.5mm), inscribed on reverse 'E.L.Brown / Division IV / Class 1 / 1st Award'; another., 1928, in silver (38.5mm), inscribed on reverse 'E.L.Brown / Division IV / Class 7 / 2nd Award'; another., 1928, in silver (38.5mm), inscribed on reverse 'E.L.Brown / Division IV / Class 4 / 2nd Award'. All medals with cases of issue. Uncirculated. (4)
The first award was the Sydney Philatelic Club gold award for the best collection of New South Wales. E.L.Brown -
the manufacturer of Brownbuilt Furniture, he was a renowned philatelist and bibliophile. His collection of
Australiana was dispersed in the 1960s.
