Together with Bartolomeo Colleoni Medal in case of issue, named to F.Clarke, A/E.R.A. IV., O.N. 22884, engraved. Frank Clarke, Engine Room Artificer IV, Enl.10Feb1939 served on HMAS Sydney from 26Jun1939 to 04Dec1940 posted off for medical tests Disch.21May1948 from his last posting at the Naval Wing.
