U.S.A., Colonial, New Jersey, St Patrick's farthing (1682) in copper with brass plug, edge milled (S.6569), brought from Ireland by Mark Newby in 1681. Porous surface with light brown patina, split edge at 12 o'clock, very fine and rare.
