ZEUGITANA, Carthage, (c.300 B.C.), electrum stater, (7.438 grams), obv. head of Tanit to left, crowned with wreath of corn, wearing earring with triple pendants and necklace, dotted border, rev. free horse standing to right, single exergue line below, dot behind horse's second leg, dotted border, (cf.S.6462, Jenkins Group VII No.346 [This Coin, illustrated Plate 15, noted in Jenkins p.106], SNG Cop. 988). Well centred, Nearly extremely fine.
