AELIUS, Caesar, (A.D. 136-138), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 137, (3.094 grams), obv. bare head of Aelius to right, around L AELIVS CAESAR, rev. around TR POT COS II, Salus standing to left feeding a snake arising from altar, holding a sceptre, (S.3976, RIC 434, RSC 54). Nearly very fine and scarce.
