THESSALY, Pharsalos, silver triobol, 440-425 B.C., (2.94 grams), obv. Athena head to right in close fitting helmet, rev. horse's head to right in incuse square, **F AR* downwards on right of horse, (cf.S.2187 [?140], Lavva 12 [obv. V9, rev. R10, same dies], examples in Berlin and Istanbul [same dies]). Nearly very fine and rare.
