MARCUS AURELIUS, (A.D. 161-180), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 175, (3.41 grams), obv. laureate head of Marcus Aurelius to right, around M ANTONINVS AVG GERM SARM, rev. around TR P XXIX IMP VIII COS III, Mars advancing right, holding spear and trophy, (cf.S.4872, BMC 627, RIC 326, RSC 916). Lightly toned, good very fine/very fine and scarce.
