ANCIENT ROMAN, a small old-time collection of mostly late Roman, some in packets, including sestertius of Severus Alexander, asses Claudius (British copy) (2), Vespasian (Judaea Capta), Hadrian (2), Marcus Aurelius; Claudius quadrans; copy of Bactrian tetradrachm, others are antonianii late 3rd century and folles of Constantine period (38). Mostly fair - fine, some needing conservation. (47)

Ex Eric Horwood Collection. Two items in packets from the W.D. Ferguson Collection of Wellington, New Zealand, most of whose collection was sold by Seaby in 1960.
