Returned from Active Service badge, WWI, on reverse, no.159910, one lug missing; RSL badge, small two figure type, 1920s; General Service badge, WWII, on reverse, no.289732; Italy, Ethiopian Campaign Medal, 1936, no ribbon; lapel pins (2), CEBS / All In One (Church of England Bible Society), one by "Bertrambr / Melb", maker's details on the other not clear; Commemorative Medal for the Martyr Bhutto in silver (hallmark and initials TL) (44mm). Fine - uncirculated. (7)
Zulfigar Ali Khan Bhutto, President of Pakistan 1971-73, Prime Minister 1973-77, founder of the Pakistan Peoples Party and father of Benazir Bhutto, assasinated on 27 December 2007. Bhutto was convicted of murder in Pakistan under dubious circumstance and was hanged on 4 April 1979. He is considered a hero in Pakistan's political history.
