SOUTH INDIA, small copper coins (1.06 kilos) with obv. elephants and script on the reverse, similar to issues of Maisur (BNJ Ist Ser. Vol.9, p.360 pl.II) probably in the name of Alamgir II (1754-1760); another attribution is to the region of Narwar. Mostly very fine for issue. (Approx. 1450)
