SYRIA, Seleucis & Pieria, Emesa, Julia Domna, wife of Septimius Severus, (A.D. 193-217), billon tetradrachm, (12.032 grams), issued 215-217, obv. draped bust of Julia Domna to right, around IOY**LIA [AUG*OYCTA], rev. eagle standing facing, head to left with wreath in beak, A above right wing, between legs radiate bust of Shamash to left, around **DHMA[RC EX*OVCIAC], (S.2450, Bellinger 178, Prieur 950). Good fine/fine, short on flan, scarce.
