COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA, Fourth Liberty Loan Campaign citation, to Jennifer R O'Connor, dated 10 November, 1943, signed personally by J B (Ben) Chifley as Treasurer of Australia; invitation from Commander-in-Chief of U.S.Asiatic Fleet for dinner on board U.S. Flagship Augusta; invitation to a Ball in the Palais Royal, Sydney 23 November 1934 in honour of HRH The Duke of Gloucester together with information sheet; invitation to attend a Royal Review in Centennial Park on 6 May 1935 to commemorate the Silver Jubilee of King George V (2, one to Captain M.V.Williams and one to his wife); letter of thanks to Mr & Mrs Williams from Leader of the Governmenmt in the Federal Senate, Sir Kenneth Anderson, dated 1 July 1970; Christmas Card from the Leader of the Government in the Federal Senate and Minister for Health, Sir Kenneth Anderson and Lady Anderson, 1971; another undated Christmas Card from the Hon. Ken Anderson and Mrs Anderson, then Minister for Supply, probably 1969 as card features first moon landing scene; invitation to Dame Joan Sutherland's visit to St Catherine's School, Waverly (her old school) 15 February 1979, with Dame Joan's autograph on back. Very fine. (10)
A note with the Liberty Loan citation states that at 2 months of age (born 10 September 1943) Jennifer O'Connor was the youngest person to receive such citation.
