GAUL, South and Central Gaul, the silver quinarius coinage, the Allobroges horseman series, (early 1st century B.C.), silver light drachm, (2.20 grams), obv. laureate barbarous Roma head to right, rev. horse with rider with spear galloping to right, below OMA, (S.100, De La Tour 5935, CCCBM II, 240). Toned, good very fine and scarce.
