THESSALY, Larissa, (460-400 B.C.), silver obol, (0.818 grams), obv. horse pacing to right, lion's head above to right, within dotted border, rev. nymph Larissa standing to right, supporting on her left knee a hydria, which she has filled from a lion-headed fountain behind her, before traces of **LA*RI, within incuse square, (S.2110, Weber 2832, SNG Cop.92, Herrmann Pl.I, 15). Off centred obverse, good very fine/very fine and rare.
