L. CALPURNIUS PISO FRUGI, (90 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.96 grams), obv. Apollo laureate head to right, X behind, rev. naked horseman galloping to right holding palm, L.PISO FRV[GI], caduceus above, Roma monogram below, (S.235 [ú45 VF], Cr.340/1, B.Calpurnia 11). Bright, very fine.
