Julius Bursio, (c.85 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.814 grams), obv. Genius (or Apollo Vejovis) bust laureate to right, trident and symbol behind, rev. Victory in quadriga to right, L. IVLI. BVRSIO in exergue, (S.268, Cr.352/1a, Syd.728, RSC Julia 5); P. Galba, (c.69 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.592 grams), obv. Vesta veiled head to right, S.C. behind, rev. knife, simpulum and ornamented axe, AED CVR in field, P.GALB in exergue, (S.345, Cr.406/1, Syd.839, B.Sulpicia 7). Very fine for first two, second with uneven patina, third toned, fine. (3)
