Roma and Italy hand in hand, caduceus to left, R[O] on right, ITAL ligated on left, CORDI in exergue, (S.338, Cr.403/1, Syd.797, B.Fufia 1). Serrated edge, nearly extremely fine/extremely fine, rare.
