SEPTIMIUS SEVERUS, (A.D. 193-211), obverse brockage, silver denarius, issued c.204, Rome mint, (2.97 grams), obv. laureate bust to right of Septimius Severus, around SEVERVS PIVS AVG, rev. incuse version of the obverse, (cf.S.6285). Toned, good very fine and rare as a brockage.
