MACRINUS, (A.D. 217-218), silver denarius, Rome mint, (2.93 grams), issued A.D. 217, obv. bearded Macrinus laureate cuirassed bust to right, around IMP C M OPEL SEV MACRINVS AVG. rev. Fides Militum standing left between two standards, holding two, more one in each hand, around FIDE[S MI]LITVM, (S.7334, RIC 68, RSC 26). Flan crack, good very fine/good fine and scarce.
