PAPAL STATES, cover c.1852 to "Very Illustrious and Very Reverend Canico Carlo Bracchi, General Vicary of the Diocesy, Novara" fixed with a 4b black on yellow stamp (SG 19), together various other postal stamps on both sides; Italy, another cover 1863 to "Very Illustrious and Very Reverend Monsignor General Vicor Garga, Novara" fixed with a 15c blue (SG 12). Both very fine and the first very rare. (2)
