SCOTLAND, Mary, (1542-1567), billon twelvepenny groat, Edinburgh mint, issued 1559, (S.5448); billon bawbee (sixpence) c.1542-1558, (2) (S.5432); plack, fourpence 1557, (S.5437); lion (penny halfpenny) [1558] with countermark of star in shield, probably a contemporary counterfeit (S.5460). Toned, last fair, others very good - nearly very fine. (5)
