Pembroke). Distinguished Service Medal and Long Service and Good Conduct Medal named, impressed, others unnamed. Very fine.

DSM: London Gazette 20 March 1945. 'For outstanding skill in HMS Apollo in minelaying operations off the coast of France during April May 1944.'
