STATE SCHOOLS OF VICTORIA, Board of Advice, proof specimen award medal in bronze (37.5mm) by E.A.Altmann Melbourne. A superb proof of an unissued medal, a Museum Victoria duplicate, one of two specimens known, FDC and extremely rare.
