AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY OF NEW SOUTH WALES, 1878, award medal in bronze (89.5mm) inscribed on reverse, 'Hume & Pegrum / Special Prize / for Syrups / Sydney 1878'. Edge bruise at 5 o'clock on obverse, dark tone, otherwise nearly extremely fine.

Hume & Pegrum, syrup makers, were suppliers to Tooth & Co Ltd's hotels in the 1870s.
