CHINA, Zhou (Chou) Dynasty (1122-255 B.C.), Ming knife money with straight tip, issued 400-220 B.C. obv. type Ming, uncertain characters, length 140mm, (cf.Hartill 4.40-3, cf.DCD 545, cf.Coole Vol.6, cf.TFP 340-344, cf.Schjoth 52-61); together with Hsin Dynasty, Wang Mang Interregnum, (c.A.D.9-22), copper spade money, with flat shoulder and foot, with legend "The Pu Currency", (Sch. 148, TFP 486 [p.44]). Both with dark green patina, oxidation with dirt attached, fine. (2)

Both items in separate cases with silk lining with photographed certificate from Committee of Identification of State Administrative Bureau of Museums and Archaelogical Data, Beijing, China.
