CHINA, Zhou (Chou) Dynasty, small straight knife "Lin" (ca.300-250, B.C.), two characters, length 1136mm, (Hartill 4.75 [Rarity 2], Coole 8867, TFP -, DCD 607). Green patina, very fine and very rare.

Lin is a place name Coole believes is in the State of Chao. (Lin, Coole notes, means fiery in appearance).
