RESERVE BANK OF AUSTRALIA, Note Issue Department, tin sign (approx 370mm x 740mm) painted black on white, 'Notice / Vehicles Must Not Protrude / Beyond This Fence Line', pierced holes for mounting. Rusting around outer edge otherwise very fine and probably a unique piece of numismatic history.
Removed from the side fence of the delivery yard to the Note Issue Department at Fitzroy, Victoria, with permission, after the works moved to Craigieburn. Ex Banking and Currency Museum.
