VICTORIA, Land Sale poster (25.5cm x 42cm), c1880, advertising Purchase of Freehold Property at Sandhurst, by subscription, in 5000 shares of Å“1 each, illustrated with three of the five properties available, black on beige, printed by W.Holmes, printer, Lyttleton Terrace, Sandhurst; together with two Sandhurst Freehold Property Company receipts being subscription for one share each, both dated 12th October 1880. Receipts attached by pin to left top corner, folds, some foxing, otherwise very fine.
