MACEDON, Akanthos, silver tetrobol, (470-390 B.C.), (2.278 grams), obv. forepart of bull kneeling left, looking back, above **PE* dotted border, rev. shallow quadripartite incuse square, (cf.S.1369, SNG ANS 44, SNG Ash 2214, AMNG 34). Nearly extremely fine and rare variant.
