LICENSED VICTUALLERS' SCHOOL, hand-made prize medal in silver (49mm), ring top suspension, inscribed on obverse 'Licensed Victuallers' School/Awarded/By the/Governor/& Committee of/Management/to/Robert John Adamson/Aged 13 Years/Christmas 1847' inscribed on reverse 'Continue/to deserve this/Reward of Merit/In The School/and let it prove a stimulus/To Good Conduct/In The World' hallmark for London, 1847. Very fine.
