SICULO-PUNIC, mint of the camp, (c.300-290 B.C.), silver tetradrachm, (17.13 grams), obv. head of young Melqart or Heracles wearing lion skin to right, rev. horse's head to left, palm tree behind, Punic legend below, border of dots, (S.6436, SNG Ash. 2163 [same reverse die], Jenkins SNR 57, [Series 5a] 301 [same dies, O96/R248). Bright, dumpy flan as usual, otherwise good very fine and scarce.
