BOIOTIA, Thebes, (378-338 B.C.), silver stater, (12.062 grams), obv. Boiotian shield, rev. amphora, with letters KA **LLI* either side, (cf.S.2398, Hepworth Series D3, No.63, BMC 151, Weber 3280, SNG Delepierre 1309, SNG Cop. 340). Odd shaped flan, but full weight, good very fine and a scarce type.
