ANONYMOUS QUADRANS PERIOD OF DOMITIAN, (A.D. 81-96), AE quadrans, Rome mint, (2.93 grams), obv. no legend with Minerva draped and helmeted to right, rev. owl standing left, with S C in centre across field, (S.2918, RIC 8, [RIC II 1st edn]). Attractive dark brown patina, very fine or better, scarce in this condition with collector's card description.

Ex Cappenalle Collection and previously obtained from Emile Baurgey of Paris.
