CANADA, Elizabeth II, one cent, 1983, 1997 (KM.132, 289) both clipped planchets, the last heavily so with jagged reverse edge. The first with trace of mint red, the second near full mint red with some dark spotting, extremely fine - nearly uncirculated. (2)
