HUNGARY, Ferdinand IV (1653-1654), medallic silver jeton, dated 1653, issued for his coronation as King, obv. banner inscribed PRO DEO ET POPVLO, flanked by feathers, a sceptre surmounted at centre by radiant all-seeing eye in clouds, rev. six line legend indicating coronation with crown and feathers above; another similar for the coronation of Charles VI (1711-1740), issued in 1711, obv. globe surronded by clouds, around CONSTANTIA ET FORTITVNDINE, rev. seven line legend with crown above and date 22 De[cember] 1711. First toned, both very fine and rare. (2)
