CEYLON, (Sri Lanka), an extensive collection of rulers from the restoration of Singhalese independence in the Polonnaruwa period (A.D. 1070-1214) together with the later kings of Ceylon (A.D. 1236-1310), these issues known as eighth kahavanus (20) (M.832-834), others copper kahavanunu or massa (119) of various kings from Nihsqanka Malla (1187-1196); Queen Lilavati (1197-1200, 1209-1211); Sahasa Malla (1200-1202); Parakramma Bahu II (1236-1271) and other rulers (M.835-855). House in an album, mostly fine - very fine, several with descriptions. (139)
