NETHERLANDS, Group of six, Cross for Justice and Freedom, bar Korea 1950, New Guinea Cross; Cross of Merit of the Dutch Association of Volunteer Home Guards; United Nations Korea Medal (named to J.A. Ryan, English version); South Korea War Service Medal; International Korean War Veterans Association Medal. Mounted for wear by Christie's; also another set including instead the United Nations Korea Medal (Dutch version); and a full set of minatures. Extremely fine.
Ex Estate of Mr Harry de Haan Harry de Haan, HNMS Van Galen, Hofmeester de le classe, who served in Korea 1951-52 and later in Dutch New Guinea. Lot also includes Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation, additional strips of ribbons, additional similar medals, plaque 'Espirit de Corps NSW, Korean War Vetrans Association NSW'; medal from Korea for 50th Anniversary of Korean War; presentation boxes for medals; cap ribbon 'Koninklnke Marine'; various badges in metal and cloth; certificates of awards; invitation to state reception by Premier of NSW, etc.
