COLONY OF VICTORIA. Land conveyance, handwritten on vellum, between Messrs John Richardson and Walter Gardiner, Mary McGuirk and John Broadbent for land in North Elwood, signed, sealed and dated 22nd September 1888, with four Victoria duty stamps affixed of half-crown, ten shillings, one pound and forty five shillings, last stamp rare. With folds and creases, stamps fiscally used, very fine.
