Valens standing facing head to right, holding labarum with chi-rho symbol and Victory, RESTITVTOR REIPVBLICAE around, ANT**Q*. in exergue (S.4104, RIC type xiii [unlisted officina], 2d, C.32). Minor surface scratches in fields, otherwise very fine and very scarce.
