T. CARISIUS, (c.46 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.884 grams), obv. bust of Victory to right, border of dots, rev. Victory in biga to right, in exergue, T. CARISI, (S.449, Cr.464/4, Syd.986, RSC Carisia 2). Off centred reverse, weak in places, otherwise very fine and rare.
